Order Cut-off
We receive and process orders between 9 AM and 5 PM EAT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
Handling
All orders are prepared for shipping within 1 and 2 days after being placed, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: We provide reliable delivery throughout Kenya at a standard flat fee of KES 300.
Express Delivery: If you need your order urgently, we offer express delivery at an additional cost depending on your location. Please reach out to confirm availability in your area.
Delivery Timeframes
Nairobi CBD: Orders within Nairobi County are usually delivered within 24 hours.
Other Regions in Kenya: Deliveries outside Nairobi typically take 1 to 3 business days, depending on location and courier service.
Delivery Charges
Within Nairobi: Orders above KES 20,000 qualify for free delivery. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of KES 300 applies.
Outside Nairobi: For deliveries outside Nairobi, a flat delivery fee of 300 applies.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your delivery in real-time.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Kenya only and do not offer international delivery at this time.
