All Bagged and Bold products are dispatched in the original packaging from the supplier. In case of defects that may have been caused either by the manufacturer or us, which occur in rare circumstances, we will take responsibility and allow for returns.
Most of the products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In case you notice a defect on the product, reach out to us. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will assist you to either return the product for refund or an exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you’ll have 14 work days to return the product and ask for a refund. We can either recover the product and give you a full refund or exchange the product.
Products that have been opened, used, and the packaging damaged cannot be returned for a refund. This includes all the products on our website.
Our Returns and Refund Process
To return a product, contact Bagged and Bold at [email protected] or call +254796566875 within 14 days of taking the delivery. We may ask you for pictures of the products to verify the condition before we give you a go-ahead to return the product.
When we verify that the product can be returned, Bagged and Bold will plan for the shipment, typically through a courier. You will the be required to coordinate with our courier of choice to agree on a convenient date and time to submit the item to them for shipping to us at our cost. The item has to be in its original packaging and in an unused or new form with the serial number visible.
Once we receive the item, we will process the refund in 5 work days.

Refund Eligibility
- When your order has been pending for 5 work days and the product is confirmed to be unavailable.
- When the product delivered is incorrect size or color due to a fault on our end.
- When the product was approved for return and has been received by Bagged and Bold.
- Refunds will be processed with 5 work days.

Shipping Fees
- The refund will be the full amount you paid, we do not charge shipping fee if the refund was due to a fault by us.

- Once the product is returned, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Payment Method for Refunds
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method that the payment was made to us.

Conditions for Item Return
- To qualify for a return, ensure that the product is in its unused or new condition. Ensure that the item is in its original packaging without any signs of physical damage or wear with all accessories intact, otherwise the return will not be approved.
- Items can be exchanged within 5 days if they qualify for a return and you prefer an exchange to a refund.
